It was very pleasant working with Jeff and Smartmist USA during both the design phase and the installation phase of the project. I put in two compressor pumps, about 40 to 50 nozzles spread out over the two systems, plenty of stainless steel color matched tubes along with various fittings. I had a few questions along the way and Jeff was very quick to respond every time. Shipment of everything was quick and precisely accurate. The installation took a bit of time, but overall it was pretty easy and I found the components all to be of very high-quality.
It is magic, the transformation it has given our pergola, swing chair and covered dining table. I can easily turn a 95 to 110° day into a pleasant afternoon now that I have the system installed. Even though it cost a noticeable amount of money, it is truly worth it and I would highly recommend it.
It has been about two weeks and we 've used our mister system.Three times and it is working great. I had done another review and to reiterate the support was excellent. The person helping me looked at my picture I uploaded for my patio and thought what I was doing might not work. Spent a lot of chat time with me. Suggested fans, but my situation would have been the noise and the cost. We have a patio with three walls, and only one side that is open. In the end, I have the SM050 and 5 inch water filtration canister from them. We will continue to see how it works. But I have had many people comment how cold it gets in this room and the install I did. I think the company would approve my install. Very happy
