Smart Mist USA's Warranty is as follows assuming all necessary maintenance is tended to and oil is changed according to the manual guidelines. In addition, oil and water seals must be replaced according to the timeline offered in the owners manual. We will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any defective items for the following time period
Pump: For SM-050, 050S, SM-100, SM-150, SM 200, SM-300, SM-500, SM-700 : One year or 800 hrs. from date of purchase, whichever comes first.. For SM-025E and SM-050E 120 days from date of purchase.
All other components except nozzles: 6 months
Nozzles are consumable items and not covered
Warranty Conditions
Before returning any system or parts, please call us to see if we can resolve the issue. Often, we can resolve the issue without the need to return the pump. If we cannot solve the problem, request a repair here : https://www.smartmistusa.com/pages/request-a-repair . The freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. After receiving the product, we will assess the problem to determine, at our discretion, if the problem is a manufacturer defect. If so determined, we will fix or replace ( at our own discretion ) the item(s) and return. No refunds can be issued for used items.
