About Smart Mist USA

Smart Mist USA was founded by Jeff Merrick after years of building and enjoying a backyard patio near Sacramento, California — only to find summer evenings too hot to use it. A low-pressure misting kit from a big-box store left the patio wet without cooling it; a booster pump from the same store didn't solve the problem either. Today, Smart Mist USA offers what its founder set out to build in his own backyard — an advanced, app-controlled 1000 PSI misting system engineered to cool outdoor spaces without soaking them.

Why 1000 PSI Beats Low & Mid-Pressure Misting Systems?

Low-Pressure Systems (60 PSI) — Large Droplets, Wet Furniture

Residential water pressure typically ranges between 50 and 70 psi. However, the small aperture nozzles that produce fine mist require a much higher psi to operate. Consequently, low-end misters that employ ambient residential water pressure can work similarly to sprinklers, creating large droplets that mainly get you wet. Not a great solution.

Mid-Level Pressure Systems (250 PSI)

Mid-level pressure cooling misters that operate at a few hundred psi. can produce a lighter mist than home water pressure but will still gradually wet you. It's not much better than the sputtering household pressure sprinkler-style misters sold at retail stores. Smart Mist USA can do better.

Smart Mist USA 1000 PSI — Up to 20°F Cooling, Stays Dry

Smart Mist USA's High-Pressure Misters operate at 1000 psi., generating a very fine mist that quickly evaporates, cooling the warm air above. The cooled air is heavier, so it wafts down, reducing temps by up to 20℉ while keeping furniture, family, and guests cool and dry—performance at the highest level for commercial and residential installations.

Outdoor Misting Systems That Repel Mosquitoes & Pests

Smart Mist USA cooling mister systems excel at controlling annoyances such as insects and dust from the environment. The Smart Mist vapor cloud will cling to an insect, reducing its mobility. So, bees, mosquitoes, and flies will avoid the mist‑shielded area.

Turn the unit ON and OFF with remote control or you can program the cooling to turn on and off at any time, for any length of time, and at any interval, you would like.

Fine control is tremendously useful to get just the right amount of cooling depending on the temperature. Nonstop spraying may be too much cooling when it is not terribly hot.

Imagine chilling out in the peace and quiet, protected from the summer heat and bugs, all controlled from the convenience of your smartphone.

Keep cool this summer with Smart Mist USA best high-pressure outdoor mist cooling system.
