I purchased a smart mist system for my horse barn as we live in North central Fl and summers are of course sweltering hot and humid. I was so tired of seeing my horses suffer and the constant cold hosing to keep them from overheating was grueling and only effective for a short while. The high pressure misting system has been such a relief !! Now my horses are comfortable and so much happier! It only took them a few days to figure out the best spot to stand for maximum cooling.
The initial pump set up was straightforward with easy instructions and the nozzle installation took my husband and I about 3 hours to do ( 30 nozzles) so it wasn’t bad either. All in all I highly recommend !!

The system we purchased is very good quality and fairly easy to install. The stainless-steel tubing and nozzles worked perfectly and provide just the right amount of cooling mist. It has been close to 110 degrees for the last week in Lake Havasu, and the misters make the patio space much more tolerable. Prior to installing the system, we were not using the patio at all. Now, it takes the edge off and we enjoy afternoons outside.

The app for the system has not worked out quite as well and we are still trying to work out the bugs. It seems like a handy tool to have, but it disconnects often and is more annoying than useful.

Overall, it's a great product that I am very glad we purchased. We ordered a couple of different fittings after the initial purchase, and they were quick to get them shipped. We also had some technical questions, and the customer service was responsive and helpful.

All of the component seem to be top quality and easy to install. I recommend anyone looking at purchasing a mist system to do your home work and calculate the size you need before ordering.I should have purchased a larger system.

I undertook a large cattle barn , high pressure misting system in Texas. I looked everywhere for help and expertise in the field.
I ran into Jeff Merrick at Smart Mist USA. Jeff and I designed, from scratch a high pressure misting system encompassing over 60 fans blowing mist at 1000 PSI! It dropped the barn temperature over 25 degrees! The cattle are comfortable even in the baking Texas heat.

It was very pleasant working with Jeff and Smartmist USA during both the design phase and the installation phase of the project. I put in two compressor pumps, about 40 to 50 nozzles spread out over the two systems, plenty of stainless steel color matched tubes along with various fittings. I had a few questions along the way and Jeff was very quick to respond every time. Shipment of everything was quick and precisely accurate. The installation took a bit of time, but overall it was pretty easy and I found the components all to be of very high-quality.

It is magic, the transformation it has given our pergola, swing chair and covered dining table. I can easily turn a 95 to 110° day into a pleasant afternoon now that I have the system installed. Even though it cost a noticeable amount of money, it is truly worth it and I would highly recommend it.

Very quick on shipping my parts

It has been about two weeks and we 've used our mister system.Three times and it is working great. I had done another review and to reiterate the support was excellent. The person helping me looked at my picture I uploaded for my patio and thought what I was doing might not work. Spent a lot of chat time with me. Suggested fans, but my situation would have been the noise and the cost. We have a patio with three walls, and only one side that is open. In the end, I have the SM050 and 5 inch water filtration canister from them. We will continue to see how it works. But I have had many people comment how cold it gets in this room and the install I did. I think the company would approve my install. Very happy

Great product . Works great as promised. Easy installation. And Jeff was really helpful from beginning till end.

The system was fairly easy to install and Jeff was quick to answer all my questions, and there were many both before purchase and a few before install. We are pleased with our system but have one very big heart ache with the company. About one week after purchasing, the price of the system dropped $700 dollars. Jeff did give us a military discount, but we still paid almost $500 dollars more.

Bought the high pressure system after trying a cheap big box store brand. This is actual mist or fog that cools the entire patio and surrounding area. You won’t regret putting one up! Combine it with a swamp cooler and it’s like AC outside.

Jeff is the best! He and I constructed a misting system for a show barn in Texas. When we had problems Jeff and his experience came to the rescue. With his help we were able to lower the temperature in the barn by 20 degrees. Good job Jeff!
