Works great in the high desert of Southern New Mexico. No surface wetting even on a humid day. Buy the stainless option. App is easy-to-use. My layout was a little tricky to install but if you can use a ladder and small hand tools you are good to go. I am glad I spent extra money for a high quality system.

We are very happy with our Smart Mist USA system. We purchased it in the U.S.A. and brought it with us to our retirement home in central Mexico. Jeff has been outstanding with his customer service to answer any questions I had about the system. It works perfectly and cools our patio which is high desert at 6,000’ above Mean Sea Level. We highly recommend Smart Mist USA. Our only wish is that it was WiFi and Apple HomeKit compatible so we could give it Seri voice commands. However, the bluetooth app works as advertised.
I installed the system myself and found it pretty easy. The system is much more than I expected. It's making our Palm Springs summers eating outside pleasant again. One unexpected benefit is that the mist inhibits mosquitos and other flying pests from attacking us during dinner! Wow! This was worth its weight in gold!
The pump and nozzle combination works perfectly as advertised. The $429 pump covers a small home patio perfectly. What I like is the table graphic displaying exactly how many nozzles of each size a given pump can support. If you are looking to pay the right price for your target area and are done using cheap pumps, Smart Mist USA is the brand to go with that gets you good value for your dollar. I also like the ability to mix and match different nozzles that you can buy individually.

I ordered a system and it was delivered the next day. Instructions could be a little clearer, but they are not bad—a how to video could be an awesome addition. It was easy to install and get it started. I had zero issues at all with the hardware. Despite testing this before placing the pump, I do sometimes get bluetooth connection drop on the app, but this is minimal issue and I only have to walk about 10ft and once the timer is set, I don't have to move again.
I love that you can continue to customise and extend, and I am probably going to get the umbrella mister and a 2nd system for my decking at some point. I love the look of the fogging kits, but I don’t really have a need for it!

Works well. Doesn't leak, sprays a fine mist. Plenty of tubing and connections. This is exactly what I needed.
Simple DIY installation. Easy to reconfigure as I did based on Jeff’s recommendations. System is working great for our large covered patio area.
I made a pool deck cooling system with what is normally a misting curtain system for lanais. It creates a great effect and lowers the deck temperature considerably. I had a few growing pains after not getting it completely blown out when I shut it off for the winter but that's on me.
First thing is that Jeff was always quick to answer my questions via email. I live in Deep East Texas where humidity is high (76% today). Jeff suggested I go with the 0.004" nozzles due to our humidity. The whole order process was easy. The installation of the system was quick. I had it all operating within 3 hours. As long as the wind isn't blowing, the system works great! We have taken back our deck for the summer!!
