Everything went well from pre-order discussions with Jeff, correct order received and Jeff taking a call from me on a Saturday during installation.
I purchased one of the Smart Mist systems last year. I had originally planned to purchase the system on Amazon. However, I needed a custom system based on the area that needed coverage and a standard "out of the box" system would not be sufficient. I decided to purchase directly from Smart Mist USA. I sent Jeff a diagram (survey) of the backyard with markings as to where I wanted the system to cover. He was extremely helpful both via email and phone conversation. He helped me customize the various parts that I needed and provided valuable feedback as to what would work with the coverage area. I can't say enough as to how thankful I was with his knowledge and suggestions to get the misting system installed. He always answered my calls or returned them promptly. I would highly recommend the Smart Mist USA system!
The system was straight forward to install and has really improved our outdoor patio experience. We live outside of Tucson, AZ and our patio is West facing, so intense afternoon/evening heat! Your system has allowed us to continue using this space and the intermittent feature is very nice….would recommend to anyone looking to customize their misting needs.

I am a hacker DIY'er. This system, 25 0.06 nozzles with 35 ft of stanless steel and the app controlled 0.3 gpm 1000psi pump is the bomb. We have an electric sreen so I installed half on the outside. The other nozzles on the inside of the screen with 0.04 nozzles staggered at 12" off the outside which are at 24". Works perfectly and was a breeze to install. I also purchased to custom enclosure for it and am very happy with it. Can't go wrong with this one. Customer sevice was outstanding with my need for smaller orffice nozzles for the inside.

Love this misting system! It went together very well and works just as well a professionally installed one for a fraction of the cost
We did the stainless tubing for the long stretches and the poly tuning for the rest to save costs

First off thank you jeff for walking us through the whole process (buyingand installing). 100 ft. 50 misters SM 20O pump with the stainless steel line. Awesome set up for our two patios.
Great product When installed properly. One of my clients had me troubleshoot their system because the nozzles were dripping and not misting. What I found was no filtration on the system which clogged up the nozzles. New filters and nozzles it's as goos as new. I will be promoting Smart Mist USA In Tucson,Arizona Arizona

Now we can entertain on our deck outside during the hot summertime here in Florida! Jeff was very professional giving advice and answering my many questions. Fantastic customer service. Two fans more than enough to cover my 20' x 15' deck area with a cooling mist. Highly recommended!
I called Smart Mist USA after spending some time on their website. The website is fantastic. I talked to Jeff and he talked me through everything I needed without sales pressure. The kit I ordered arrived in just a few days and was easy to install. I live in Arizona where it’s hot. Being able to sit outside was important to us and now possible thanks to our new mister system.
I have to say this is a game changer so far so good and Jeff was excellent in explaining the different options I had.
And, yes I will recommend it, it’s very easy to install if you follow the simple instructions. 👍
Just installed my system and it went very easy I took my time and only had one leak when I first started up the system. Easy fix, tube not fully pushed into connector. It’s only been 91 outside but both my wife and I can tell already how this is going to keep our patio cooler here in Scottsdale this summer. Also, Jeff was easy to get in touch with and he made great suggestions on upgrading our filter due to our hard water. If all companies had a Jeff the world would be a better place! Thank you!!!
New sensor works great. While removing the old sensor (not that old, 200 hours) I noticed one broken wire where it goes into module. It had broken at the solder point. May still be good. I soldered it back together and will save for later. Nick is very helpful and responsive.
I never thought I'd spend this much for an outdoor fan in my life, but the quality makes it worth it. I'm not using it as a mister -- Only to blow smoke from the BBQ grill away from the house. Other than the shipping box being torn up, I'm extremely satisfied.
These nozzles do not drip when the system is off.
Finally! A misting system that works like a restaurant patio! All components solid, temperature lower and NO moisture on the ground. Would buy again and HIGHLY recommend.
I was trending toward using another company when I came across Smart Mist and Jeff; several (and I mean several!) emails and phone calls with many questions (which Jeff never shied away from) and I am a happy and proud owner of my system! This misting system has been an awesome way for us to enjoy the hot Florida summers. We can sit outside much more now that we have it and actually enjoy the outdoors during the height of the hot summer.
