You can activate interval misting on your phone and choose how long the system sprays and pauses. When things get too misty, set the system on for 3 seconds and off for 8 seconds or any interval you choose. Interval misting gives you complete control to achieve the perfect cooling effect.

With the advanced timer, you can easily program the system to turn on at 3:00 PM for 4 hours and again at 10:00 AM the next day for 2 hours. The advanced timer offers endless customization possibilities.

Excellent pump and wireless control

The company that installed my ss drip line wanted $2800 to replace my old pump with a high pressure one. The SM-100 was well under half of that price and not only works great, but looks way nicer than the industrial one that was offered. Only small item was I was unaware of the length of plastic line required between the pump and the beginning of the misters. Smart Mist helped figure out a way around that requirement. Very satisfied.

Works great in the high desert of Southern New Mexico. No surface wetting even on a humid day. Buy the stainless option. App is easy-to-use. My layout was a little tricky to install but if you can use a ladder and small hand tools you are good to go. I am glad I spent extra money for a high quality system.

Residential water pressure typically ranges between 50 and 70 psi. However, the small aperture nozzles that produce fine mist require a much higher psi. to operate. Consequently, low-end misters that employ ambient residential water pressure can work similarly to sprinklers, creating large droplets that mainly get you wet. Not a great solution.
