Works great in the high desert of Southern New Mexico. No surface wetting even on a humid day. Buy the stainless option. App is easy-to-use. My layout was a little tricky to install but if you can use a ladder and small hand tools you are good to go. I am glad I spent extra money for a high quality system.

We are very happy with our Smart Mist USA system. We purchased it in the U.S.A. and brought it with us to our retirement home in central Mexico. Jeff has been outstanding with his customer service to answer any questions I had about the system. It works perfectly and cools our patio which is high desert at 6,000’ above Mean Sea Level. We highly recommend Smart Mist USA. Our only wish is that it was WiFi and Apple HomeKit compatible so we could give it Seri voice commands. However, the bluetooth app works as advertised.

I installed the system myself and found it pretty easy. The system is much more than I expected. It's making our Palm Springs summers eating outside pleasant again. One unexpected benefit is that the mist inhibits mosquitos and other flying pests from attacking us during dinner! Wow! This was worth its weight in gold!
