We at Smart Mist USA  have a 20 day return policy. Within this time period you may return your unused item. Prior to any returns, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RMA). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please do not return any items before obtaining an RMA as they cannot be accepted.

If your RMA is approved, please return it to the address provided. The return freight must be prepaid by  the customer,  All items returned must be unused and in new condition as well as in original undamaged packaging. After your item(s) are received they will be inspected to be sure they meet the above conditions. Once deemed acceptable, we will issue you a refund for the full purchase amount minus the restocking fee in the original payment method. We cannot accept returns on used items.

Be sure to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. If any items are missing or damaged, you need to notify us within 5 days so that we can repair or replace the item(s).
