The stainless is a great way to go in those areas where the tubing is exposed. It doesn't bow due to temperature change like the nylon tubing.

Great service from Jeff. System works as advertised and was easy to install. I own a wedding venue in Texas and on late notice Jeff was able to overnight me the last parts i needed to complete about 150 feet of misting system for two covered patios. Received all the parts the day before a mid-July wedding and was able to install and test on my own and misting system worked like a champ that day. The bride was super excited and it absolutely helped to mitigate the 100 plus temps here. Been working great for the past 2-1/2 months. Looks like just periodic maintenance to clean the mister tip filters as we have really hard water here.

Jeff went above and beyond to help me solve a problem. Always picks up the phone or calls right back. Very knowledgeable. Fell like any other company would have left me hanging. Really nice

I have a huge patio area that needed some help due to the gnats and mosquitos and the hot weather. I installed the Smart Mist system in one day. I live in an area that gets well over 100 every day in the summer. I ordered the .08 nozzles. This system works great at cooling and it blocks those stupid insects. I've communicated with Jeff a couple of times for a few extra parts. He sent my orders the same day both times.

Bought my misting system from Smart Mist. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The main thing, he stood behind his product. Really liked the shark bite connections on the tubing. They were easy and worked so well. No leaks there. I have installed plastic and stainless and I would only really recommend the stainless. Looks so much better than the plastic tubing. Just hard to keep the plastic straight. Total install time was about 2-3 hours. Follow the installation guide and it works great.
I have already recommended misting systems to my family and friends. Also recommended only using Smart Mist. The others just do not measure up.

I’ve installed a number of these systems…from Amazon to Walmart…most are “sprayers”…
A true mist system needs to utilize a pump..no municipal water system has the required pressure.
I ordered the 40’ 20 mist head system with 100 psi pump and couldn’t be more satisfied.
First…the packaging is like nothing you’ve come to experience with all the “made in China” products we’ve been buying. Most of my issues I’ve had with products were due to damage during shipping. Won’t happen with your Smart Mist USA products. The box the pump is secured in is almost military grade! I saved it in the remote possibility it ever needs repair. All the other components are similarly protected.
Second-what’s the other complaint we all have with a product? No (or lack of) instructions. Not with this USA made product! Jeff even took a black magic marker and circled the arrow (to show proper install into the cylinder) for one of the cartridges!
I can honestly say that I have never had a better purchasing experience and a flawless install.
Jeff answered the phone every time I called with a stupid question and helped me out!
I have installed this system in the pool patio of my Florida home and it has DEFINITELY made a significant difference! The month of August has had heat advisories and heat indexes of up to 112…this system has made our pool area enjoyable from morning until dark. After the sun leaves the deck area the mist collects for a really cool effect with the pool lights on!
